Summer is right around the corner, and you know what that means – it’s time to spruce up the garden! If you keep planters around your yard, you’ll want to swap out your flower arrangement every season to keep the plants fresh, but also to get plants that bring in those bright and lovely colors of the season! Sometimes, however, it can be a challenge to find the right arrangement. That’s where Laura comes in!
We love all of Laura’s videos from The Garden Answer. Today’s video shows us three easy arrangements you can make in your planters that are just perfect for summer!
The first arrangement in the photo at the top of the page just uses supertunias, and I think you’ll agree it’s just breath-taking! Not only do these lovely flowers bring a pop of color to the yard, but they are self-cleaning- which means no pruning dead heads for you!
This second arrangement, pictured above, uses superbells and diamond frost. This gives the planter such a classic and timeless look, don’t you agree? It’s amazing what only a few plants can do! With an evergreen at the center of the planter, it’s so easy to just swap out flowers around the sides. See how it’s done in the video below!
